It was built in 1969 and houses Radio City (96.7 MHz), City Talk (1548 kHz) and Greatest Hits Radio (105.9 MHz) studios. The roof is home to the local Digital Audio Broadcasting multiplexes for Liverpool, but Radio City do not directly broadcast from the roof.
